Pohon Sagoe Foundation has a plan for the first 5 years since its founding in 2022, namely:
Reaching 2500 Children to Participate in Character Education Classes (I Am Precious) and carrying out social actions for the community.
Training 750 teachers to be able to apply child-centered learning.
Training 1,000 youth so that they are empowered to build self-capacity for economic prosperity.
In accordance with our vision, namely the establishment of a safe and positive learning environment for children and youth to grow according to their potential, faith in God Almighty, Maluku local wisdom values so that they are able to face global challenges. Our mission is to create a safe and positive environment for children to grow and develop, as well as provide opportunities for youth to develop themselves and empower themselves to become agents of change in society.

Every Molucan child is aware that he is valuable and has extraordinary potential
Moluccan children and youths are proud to be easterners who has a unique culture from other people
Youths are able to become agents of change in their own community
